Rezone from PD and PD[ML] to PD to construct up to 718,000 sf of new office/research and development (R&D) and associated structured and surface parking on a developed office campus site containing two, 150,000 sf, six-story office buildings and one, 118,000 sf single story office building that is proposed for demolition. Gross floor area of existing and new office development on the project site, with proposed demolition is 1,018,000 sf of office/R&D use. The proposal includes a Development Agreement for the project and a Tentative Parcel Map to combine the two parcels for project development.
