Document Description
The project is a Grading Abatement application to remove grading placed on the site without a County Grading permit. The project also includes restoration of the affected portions of Calero Creek and a tributary named Arroyo Calero Creek, where fill was placed. The depth of the fill ranges from 1.5 feet to 4.5 feet. The estimated grading amounts for the project are 6,085 cubic yards of fill to be removed. The abatement does not include the removal of any trees. The placement of the fill material impacted trees and Riparian vegetation. However, the plan includes removal of fill and the replanting of any damaged Riparian vegetation to restore the habitat to its prior condition.
