CUP 12-006 for the construction of a solar power generating facility on a 14.6 acre portion of the 887 acre project site that is zoned AE-37:AP (Exclusive Agricultural, Thirty-Seven Acre Minimum: Agricultural Preserve Combining) and is currently under Williamson Act land conservation contract 04WA-073.
