- Marina Cove II Subdivision: Development of 89 residential units and a Tentative Map on a 7.14 acre site at 1551 Buena Vista Avenue. The site is bounded by Ohlone Street, Buena Vista Avenue, Clement Avenue and Entrance Way and is currently occupied by the Chipman Company. The project site is part of a larger site that was prevsiouly proposed for development and was evaluated in a Mitigated Negative Declaration in June 2000. Phase I of Marina Cove was previously developed. This proposal is Phase II.
