Document Description
Note: Reference SCH# 2000062119 Marina Cove II Subdivision: Development of 69 residential parcels and a Tentative Map at 1551 Buena Vista Avenue. The site is bounded by Ohlone Street, Buena Vista Avenue, Clement Avenue and Entrance Way and is currently occupied by the Chipman Company. The project site is part of a larger site - the original Marina Cove Subdivision - that was previously proposed for development and was evaluated in a MND in June 2000. Phase I of Marina Cove was subsequently developed with single-family homes as the first phase in 2002/03. The proposal is Phase II.
