Document Description
The project includes requests for approval of applications for a Tentative Subdivision Map with 141 residential lots, plus 10 lettered lots for various community uses, and the rezoning of a 118 acre parcel.
The applicant has requested a rezone of the property to PUD (Planned Unit Development) to accommodate the planned development's clustered design and development standards, and the proposed neighborhood commercial, community center and recreational vehicle parking uses. The formation of a Community Services District is proposed to provide water for domestic and fire suppression; wastewater collection, treatment and disposal; and maintenance of the proposed park, community center and public open space areas. Formation of Community Facilities (Mello-Roos) Districts are proposed to provide financing for public improvements and services.
