The project will include the construction of three new trail routes known as the South (0.315 mile), Middle (0.9875 mile), and North (1.02 miles) Trails on a mid-slope position within the coastal watersheds of the InterTribal Sinkyone Wilderness, adjacent and east of the Sinkyone Wilderness State Park. The trails will provide public access from the public Usal Road (Mendocino County Road 431) across the privately owned and managed InterTribal Sinkyone Wilderness to the Sinkyone Wilderness State Park's system of coastal hiking trails.
