Document Description
On April 3, 1990, the Pittsburg City Council adopted Ordinance 90-990, thereby adopting a Negative Declaration and authorizing execution of the Southwest Development Agreement (DA). The Southwest DA allowed construction of 2,938 residential units on 639 acres within the Southwest Hills area of the City of Pittsburg. The project was eventually named the "San Marco Development," and more specifically included a combination of 1,412 single-family houses and 1,526 multifamily units. The development was separated into 14 "villages" with different densities and types of housing specified for each village.
