Document Description
The Pittsburg City Council approved the San Marco Development project in 1993. Under the terms of a development agreement between the developer and city, the original project was approved to include 1,412 single-family houses and 1,526 multifamily units on 639 acres in the southwest hills area of the city. Housing units were divided among different "villages" in the development. The developer now proposes to modify the originally-approved development plan for San Marco to exchange 176 units between two villages. As proposed, unit count in Village O would be decreased from 291 townhouse apartment units to 115 townhouse apartment units, and unit count in Village A would be increased from 76 single-family houses to 252 single-family houses. A subdivision map and design review approval are also requested for Village A at this time.
