The project will demolish the existing Route 29 bridge over Troutdale Creek, and construct a new bridge along an improved alignment. CDFW is executing a lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2015-0230-R3 pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, Caltrans.
