Donnelly Creek Vineyards, LLC is requesting a water right to appropriate up to 150-acre-feet per year of water from an Unnamed Stream and Anderson Creek. Water will be stored in one onstream and one offstream reservoir, and will be directly diverted for frost protection. Water will be used for irrigation and frost protection of 56.9 acres of vineyard. Development of 6 acres of vineyard and diversion and use of 150 acre-feet per year of water is discussed in the IS.
