Document Description
The proposed project would result in the construction and operation of a 13,230-square foot (sf) one-story Wellness Center that would include approximately fourteen medical and dental examination rooms, four counseling offices, a business office, nurse's station, despensary, laboratory/phlembotomy, and health education and training rooms. The school-based Wellness Center will provide much-needed health services to students, their families, and the community at large. A total of 68 parking spaces would be provided on-site to serve the proposed Wellness Center. A 25-space parking lot intended for staff would be located in the north portion of the project site. This parking lot would accessed from an existing driveway on Haskell Avenue.
