Document Description
The project consists of the construction of new facilities and modernization of existing facilities within the existing school site. The new construction components consist of: 1) a gymnasium with three classrooms, a kitchen, vestibule, and restrooms: 2) a new classroom wing (8 classrooms); and 3) a new Kindergarten classroom. Seven existing portable classroom on the site will be removed. The modernization projects include: 1) converting the existing library into two classrooms; 2) converting the existing administrative office into a resource room; 3) converting the existing cafeteria into a library, computer lab, and administrative office space; and 4) a new off street parking area with parent drop-off.
