Document Description
The proposed project is the construction of cul-de-sacs that will close to vehicle traffic the southern portions of the intersections of Elm Beech, Myrtle, Spruce, Pine, Cedar, A, B, and C Streets with 24th Street. The cul-de-sacs will prevent all vehicle circulation, both egress and ingress, between 24th Street and the local streets, as stated above, that line the south side of 24th Street.
