The Held Family Trust (applicant) proposes modifications and additions to an existing structure, which includes a proposal to 1) increase an existing 6,210-square foot (sf) land lease by 93 sf, resulting in a total land lease are of 6,303 sf and 2) increase an existing 4,502 sf water lease by 4,310 sf, resulting in a total water lease area of 8,812 sf.
