Document Description
General Plan Amendment 1-11, Change of Zone 1-11, Tentative Parcel Map 36206, CUP 6-11 (Apartments), CUP 7-11 (Storage Facility) on 49.99 acres. The project features 25.14 for residential development allowing up to 400 apartment units, a 5.01 acre mini-storage and vehicle parking facility, 10.48 acres for future retail commercial, and 1.89 acres for the expansion of Colonel Millett Park. The proposed General Plan Amendment would also amend the Land Use Map from Gateway Area Specific Plan and Medium Density Residential to Community Commercial, Industrial, Medium High Density Residential, and Park. A Change of Zone application has been filed from Specific Plan and Residential Medium Density to Commercial General, Industrial Light, Residential Medium High Density, and Open Space Recreation. Parcel Map 36206 has been filed to create new alignments for Bridge Road and Ramona Boulevard pursuant to the Circulation Element of the General Plan and to establish parcels for each lands use. Conditional Use Permit 6-11 has been filed to establish a 400-unit apartment complex. Conditional Use Permit 7-11 has been filed to establish a mini-storage and vehicle parking facility.
