The Los Banos Unified School district plans to construct and operate a new elementary school on the former Merced Community College campus, to serve students on the south side of Los Banos. The Site is proposed to be redeveloped with classrooms, multipurpose, library, administrative and auxiliary spaces to serve up to 500 students in grades K-6. No changes to site ingress/egress are proposed.
