Note: Extended Review per lead The Applicant seeks approval of the Monterey Downs and Monterey Horse Park and Central Coast Veterans Cemetery Specific Plan (SPL-12-01), which involves three primary components: the Monterey Downs (includes the Seaside corporation yard); the Monterey Horse Park; and the Central Coast Veterans Cemetery. The Specific Plan anticipates development of 1,280 DU, approximately 832,801 SF of non-residential land uses, including commercial, recreational, public facility, and institutional uses, and approximately 105 acres of open space. Project also includes the following City of Seaside entitlements: Prezoning (PZ-12-01) and Annexation (ANX-12-01); GPA-12-01; SOI-12-01; ZA-12-02; TM-12-01; and Development Agreement.
