Document Description
The LADWP proposes to maximize the use of recycled water to replace potable sources for irrigation and industrial uses by extending the recycled water pipeline network to Elysian Park and downtown Los Angeles. This project is being undertaken in accordance with the 2010 Urban Water Management Plan and the Recycled Water Master Planning Documents. The proposed project consists of two separate projects: The Elysian Park WRP and the Downtown WRP.
