Document Description
Rincon del Diablo Municipal Water District proposes the R1A Reservoir Recycled Water Conversion Project located in the City of Escondido. The proposed project would expand the storage capacity and reliability of the District's recycled water system to reduce the use of imported potable water supplies for non-potable uses. The proposed project includes the following two components: 1. Conversion of an existing potable water reservoir tank into a recycled water reservoir tank. The existing potable water reservoir located adjacent to the R1A Reservoir would include a minor improvement to the overflow pipe, and extension of the existing underground.
