Allow a photovoltaic solar power generation facility with related improvements including two substations, two 50-foot tall electrical utility towers, three utility poles up to 85 feet tall, nine approximately, 1,400 sf inverter/transformer areas, and an eight-foot tall chain-link fence on 118.80 acres of land in the AL-20 (Limited Agriculture 20-acre minimum parcel size) Zone District. The project site is located on the north side of Jayne Avenue, between SR 33 (Alpine Avenue) and El Dorado Avenue, adjacent to the City of Coalinga (Pleasant Valley State Prison) (SUP. DIST.: 4) (APN: 073-060-12, 073-060-55S).
