Combined Development Permit consisting of: 1) a Coastal Development Permit to allow development within 100 feet of environmentally sensitive habitat; 2) a Coastal Development Permit to allow development within the Big Sur Critical Viewshed; 3) a Coastal Development Permit to allow development on slope exceeding 30 percent; 4) a Coastal Development Permit to allow development with positive archaeological reports; and 5) a coastal development permit and Design Approval for water system improvements including the demolition of two 13,000 gallon water tanks, the installation of two 32,000 gallon water tanks, the installation of approximately 1,200 linear feet of distribution pipe from the well to the water tanks, and the installation of a new filtration system within an approximately 120 sf accessory structure.
