The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2012-0053-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, First Missionary Baptist Church. The project is limited to construction of a bridge over the unnamed tributary to Poorman Creek on the main access road to the First Missionary Baptist Church Camp. Concrete footings shall be placed on each site of, but not within the bank-to-bank creek width. One half of a 72" diameter high-density polyethylene pipe shall be set in the footings on each side of the creek to run over the center of the creek to serve as a bridge. There shall be no impact to adjacent vegetation as all activity in the construction zone will be within the existing roadway). The pipe shall be backfilled on each side of the approach and the soil shall be tapered back to the original grade of the existing road. A backhoe shall be used for the excavation and backfill work and a dump truck for hauling soils.
