The property is located in the City of Los Angeles and is zoned Multiple Dwelling Zone ([Q]R4-IL). The building is newly constructed, consisting of 24 condominium-style apartments and would be used by UCLA Housing & Hospitality Services to house faculty and graduate students. Use as multi-family residential is consistent with current zoning and no changes would occur as a result of the acquisition. No tenant improvements are necessary and the property would include the use of 60 parking spaces located on-site.
