Issue a temporary Right of Entry Permit (ROE) for one year (expected dates are September 2012 - August 2013) to the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation to operate and maintain a drainage pump at the Delta Meadows Property for the purpose of draining water in a former agricultural field that can flood Reclamation's adjacent in assoicated with the ROE will comply with all environmental laws and requirements and the conditions indentified in the ROE.
