Document Description
The project include blocking user created routes in the American River and Yuba River District and blocking OHV access to 7 environmentally sensitive areas containing sensitive plants and wildlife, vernal pools, lakeshore, and impacted drainages all in the Yuba River Ranger District. Large boulders would be placed to block access to the sensitive resources and to block access to unauthorized routes as they are discovered. Unauthorized routes would be blocked for a distance of 1/4 mile from the designated trail. Signs would be posted to inform users to stay on designated routes for the project areas.
