Taylor State Park to allow hand crews access for construction activity within the existing Sir Francis Drake Boulevard right-of-way for construction of roadway and drainage repairs as outlined on construction drawings referenced as Rehabilitation of Sir Francis Drake Boulevard, Phase 1B - From Irving Bridge to Shafter Bridge dated 8/10/2012. Permit also allows for the construction of temporary erosion control on State Park land necessary for watershed protection during construction activities and as required by the roadway repair project environmental documents and permits.
