Document Description
Encinitas Union School District's ("District") Board of Trustees ("Board") on August 14, 2012 approved Resolution No. 4-1213 approving the Purchase and Sale Agreement between the District and the San Diego Fine Arts Society ("Art Pulse") for the sale of the former Pacific View Elementary School site ("Project"). The school site had been declared surplus property by the District's Board in 2011 and the District satisfied all requirements under the Eduction Code and California law for the disposal of the property as surplus property not nttded for school purposes.
