Encinitas Union School District ("District") intends to construct the Quail Gardens Agricultural Education Center ("Project"). The Project will consist of four relocatable classrooms, restroom facilities, utilities and access road. The balance of the property may be used for outdoor and agricultural educational program activities including, but not limited to, the planting of organic crops for the benefit of the District's students/food services program.
