The project is limited to: installing a 110-foot-long, 15-foot-high soldier pile retaining wall with wood lagging and planted rock slope protection; removing and replacing a 10-inch-diameter concrete culvert underneath Dry Creek Road; excavating and backfilling earthwork; reconstructing the structural section of the roadway; and removing approximately nine trees.
