Take various actions to eliminate erosion and address run-off issues at its former Los Serranos Elementary site located at 15650 Pipeline Avenue, Chino Hills, California 91709 ("Property"). Specifically, the District will install a new retaining wall, re-grade the slope, and install a concrete drainage swale on a portion of the Property to redirect runoff from the Property. These actions will be taken to protect homeowner properties that are adjacent to the Property.
