Document Description
The proposed project would replace the facility's existing parking lot to create American Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant parking stalls, and would involve interior building improvements to include lighting, walls, doors, casings, etc. and ADA compliance upgrades for restrooms and drinking fountains. Construction will be phased to allow the office to remain in operation during renovations. The building was originally constructed in 1962 with an addition constructed in 1988 and extensive renovations in 1992. The project would renovate an existing State-owned facility and would not involve an expansion of existing use.
