The project is limited to maintenance of existing side channels to assist in the conyenance of water to an existing seep well. All work shall be in accordance with submitted plans available at the project site at all times and shall be presented to DFG personnel, or personnel from another state, federal, or local agency upon request. The project will have no significant effect on the environment.
