Document Description
Caltrans proposes to install a (CCTV) and a (RWIS) and supporting infrastructure on (SR) 139, from (PM) 22.6 to (PM) 22.8 in Modoc County. The (CCTV and (RWIS) provide the traveling public with real-time road and weather information. In addition to vegetation removal and trenching, work will include the installation of utility poles/lines, pavement sensors, grounding rods, concrete pads, utility cabinets, and a paved turnout for maintenance vechicles. Estimated days (45) and one way traffic control will be required. Staging will occur within the State Right of Way. Excess material will become property of the contractor.
