Document Description
The project is a minor modification to the hazardous waste facility permit that the Department to Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) issued for this Facility, effective March 31, 2011. The primary purpose of the proposed modification is to remove the wastestream "Medical and infectous waste" from the list of prohibited waste originally shown in Table 3 of the Permit. Several other changes are will be made to the Permit to reflect the fact that the Facility may accept medical and infectious waste and a few other changes are included to correct typographical erros in the original permit or to clarify phrases.
