Document Description
The proposed project will rebuild and expand a 17 foot long pier to a 147 foot pier at a single family residence. The current pier is not usable when the lake level is low and the proposed extension of the pier will allow access to the lake when lake elevation is within the mandated levels. 13 new steel pilings with a diameter of 10.75 inches will be installed during the construction of the new pier. From the shore the first 117 feet of the pier with a 6 feet wide and the remaining 30 feet of pier will be 10 feet wide with an attached 3'x30' adjustable catwalk.
