Document Description
The project would restore unauthorized OHV trails along the initial line-of-sight of the closed trail and discourage future incursions into the restoration area. Restoration would consist of a variety of techniques to accelerate natural revegetation and improve viable habitat such as mechanical ripping of compacted soil, covering ground with biodegradable fabric, soil pitting or imprinting to collect windblown seeds, and raking to hide evidence of single track trails. In areas where treaspass has been an ongoing problem, fencing would be incorporated.
