Document Description
The proposed project consists of interior and exterior renovations to Tom Ham's Lighthouse, including the addition of outdoor dining and cocktail space and a relocated bar and cocktail lounge with view of the San Diego Bay and San Diego City skyline. The proposed renovations will provide an additional 76 seats and the square footage will increase approximately 1,500 square feet. The parking lot will be reconfigured to allow for public pedestrian access around the tip of the island and nine parking spaces will be removed. The number of parking spaces proposed (191 spaces) exceeds the Port's suggested parking demand rate for this land use (111 spaces), per the Tidelands Parking Guidelands.
