CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 (SAA# 1600-2012-0096-R6) of the Fish and Game Code to the project Permittee, Mr. Jerry Lomeli. Permittee proposes to conduct a dock and peier repair that has become fractured and unstable over time. To conduct this project Permittee proposes to remove the pier side railings and replace the center concrete pad.
