Document Description
The Project will place a new 25 ft by 4 ft Corrugated Metal Pipe into a dry streambed and reconstruct an eroded earth fill roadway to restore access to a presently inactive oil production facility. The existing earth fill crossing obstructs active flows and washes out when such flows occur. It must be re-graded seasonally to assure continued safe access to the facility. Installation of the culvert will minimize the likelihood that the road will washout during active flows and will reduce the sediment loa din the stream during flow events. It will also reduce the need to re-grade and fill the streambed after seasonal flows.
