Document Description
The purpose of the project is to replace 12 culverts in Inyo County on State Route 127; 1 culvert on State Route 178; line 4 culverts on SR 179, and make adjustments to 4 culverts on SR 127. Except for the 4 adjustment culverts, all the culverts are badly rusted with spots that have completely rusted through the pipes.
