The purpose of this project is to lay approximately 500 lineal feet of new waterline and sewer pipe in Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve. The trench will be adjacent to the existing waterline, in the road widening footprint. The road will be under construction, and the existing waterline is nearly 50 years old.
