Document Description
The Permittee will trim riparian vegetation along San Benito river in order to conduct gas leak surveys of gas line 301A and 301G mandated by the Code of Federal Regulations (49 CFR 192). The trimming Project area will be 1385 linear feet by 2 feet wide, resulting in a temporary Project impact area of 0.06 acres. Native riparian vegetation will not be removed. No water will be diverted for trimming to occur. All work will take place on the banks of the river away from any water using chainsaws and weed trimmers equipped with steel blades.
