Document Description
The project is limited to restoration and enhancement activities that will occur within a 54.4 acre open space site, located along the Arroyo Simi. The focus of the project will be to restore one large area of habitat by completing a series of smaller projects in the area over time. The project will concentrate on the removal of non-native and invasive plant species, with a focus on arundo (Arundo donax) and tamarisk (Tamarix spp.) as well as native vegetation techniques where needed. Precise impacts and vegetation removal numbers are determined over time and are based on the amount of funding obtained by the Permittee.
