Document Description
The proposed project is from an awarded Proposition 84 grant, which is derived from the Safe Drinking Water, Water Quality and Supply, Flood Control, River and Coastal Protection Act. This multi-year project is derived to do the follwing:
* Promote fuels management, thereby reducing the risk of a catastrophic wildfire
* Implement forest health by reducing stand density, which in turn will reduce insect attacks and disease, improving soil conditions and the ability for natural water infiltration.
