The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), pursuant to authority granted under Chapter 6.8, Division 20, sections 25187.5, 25355.5(a)(1)(b), 25358.3(a), 58009 and 58010 of the Health and Safety Code (H&SC) is considering approval of a Removal Action Workplan (RAW) for the Superior Plating Company Site (Site) to address soil impacted iwht arsenic, hexavalent chromium, lead, and nickel at levels that are above screening levels for commerical/industrial areas.
