The project will conduct emergency highway repairs on SR 96 (PM 27.0), which will include the reconstruction of the highway, the replacement of an existing culvert, and will include the installation of 1) a soldier pile tieback wall, 2) Rock Slope Protection at the culvert outlet, 3) an under-drain, 4) a Type 80 concrete barrier.
