Document Description
Agnew Lake is part of Southern California Edison's (SCE) Rush Creek Hydroelectric Project, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Project Number 1389, for for which FERC issued a new operating license or February 4, 1997. SCE proposes to install a geomembrane liner on the upstream side of Agnew Lake Dam. In addition to the geomembrane installation, plinth repairs, outlet structure repair, and foundation grouting may be undertaken. Installation of the geomembrane is expected to extend the effective life span of the structure by up to thirty years.
