Document Description
The request is for a beer tasting room with on and off-sale retail sales. The tasting room would be accessory to a wholesale micro-brewery with warehousing and distribution operations. The proposed use would be located in an existing 4,193 sf office/warehouse building (950 sf office / 3,243 sf warehouse) with an existing paved parking area and landscaping. Water service at the property is currently provided by the Bella Vista Water District. The City of Redding currently provides sewer service to the property. The project would not involve any improvements of the exterior other than provision of parking required for the proposed use and exterior signage. The project would include minor changes to the interior of the building, including the incremental expansion of the brewing operations in the warehousing portion of the building and a change in occupancy from the office use to the tasting room (assembly occupancy).
