Document Description
The proposed project consists of the design and construction of a new one-story, approximately 7,600 gsf DMV field office on approximately 1.42 acres. The field office would include counter and drive test services for the public. Multi-phased construction would allow the existing field office to remain operational until employees move into the new office. Phased work includes re-routing utilities, temporary utilities for construction trailers and temporary parking. The project includes the demolition of multiple buildings totaling approximately 7,110 gsf. Proposed site improvements include approximately 50 parking spaces, a motorcycle drive test area, new paving, utilities, curbs, landscaping, a trash enclosure, and site lighting. Construction may require the relocation of on-site groundwater monitoring wells.
